Therapy doesn't require having the right words. If any of the areas below resonate, we can talk about what support might look like.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma can show up in many ways — as anxiety, difficulty in relationships, feeling stuck, or a sense that something is "off" even when things seem fine on the surface. You don't need to have experienced a specific event to benefit from trauma-informed care.
Who this is for:
- •Those navigating the effects of past difficult experiences
- •People navigating PTSD symptoms
- •Anyone feeling stuck in patterns related to past events
- •Those who have experienced relational or developmental trauma
My approach:
We work at your pace, building safety first. I use trauma-focused approaches including parts work and somatic awareness to help you process experiences without becoming overwhelmed.
Eating Disorder Support
Your relationship with food and your body is deeply personal. Whether you're struggling with restriction, binging, purging, or a complicated relationship with eating, therapy can help you understand what's driving these patterns.
Who this is for:
- •Those struggling with disordered eating patterns
- •People working toward recovery from anorexia, bulimia, or binge eating
- •Anyone with a complicated relationship with food or body image
- •Those using food to cope with emotions
My approach:
I take a compassionate, non-judgmental approach that focuses on understanding the function of eating behaviors and developing healthier coping strategies.
Substance Use Support
If you're questioning your relationship with alcohol, drugs, or other substances, you don't need to hit "rock bottom" to seek help. Therapy can help you explore what role substances play in your life and what changes feel right for you.
Who this is for:
- •Those concerned about their substance use
- •People wanting to explore their relationship with alcohol or drugs
- •Anyone seeking support for harm reduction or abstinence
- •Those whose substance use is affecting relationships or daily life
My approach:
Using motivational interviewing and harm reduction principles, we explore your relationship with substances without judgment, working toward the goals you set.
Individual Therapy
Sometimes life feels overwhelming, or you're navigating a transition that's hard to manage alone. Individual therapy provides a space to process what you're experiencing and develop tools for moving forward.
Who this is for:
- •Adults and teens experiencing anxiety or depression
- •Those navigating life transitions
- •People working through relationship difficulties
- •Anyone seeking personal growth and self-understanding
My approach:
I tailor our approach to your specific needs, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, and other modalities to support your goals.
Family Therapy
Family relationships can be our greatest source of support — and our greatest challenge. Family therapy creates space to improve communication, work through conflicts, and deepen connection.
Who this is for:
- •Families navigating difficult dynamics
- •Families supporting a member through recovery
- •Parents and teens working on communication
- •Families going through transitions or life changes
My approach:
I work to understand each person's perspective and help create new patterns of communication and connection.
Group Therapy
There's something powerful about sharing experiences with others who understand. Group therapy offers both support and accountability in a structured, safe environment. All groups are offered free of charge to reduce barriers to accessing mental health care.
Who this is for:
- •Those who benefit from peer support
- •People looking to develop social skills
- •Anyone who finds connection helpful for their healing
My approach:
Groups are carefully structured to create safety while allowing for meaningful connection and shared learning.
